Check-in & Check-out Policy

To ensure the best service quality and adequate room preparation, the hotel applies the following policies:

Check-in time: From 2:00 PM
Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM (noon)

Early Check-in & Late Check-out Policy

Subject to room availability at the time of request and additional charges as follows:

Early Check-in:

• Before 6:00 AM: 100% of one-night room rate

• From 6:00 AM to before 2:00 PM: 50% of one-night room rate (subject to availability)

Late Check-out:

• Until 6:00 PM: 50% of one-night room rate

• After 6:00 PM: 100% of one-night room rate

Check-in Requirements

Guests are required to present a valid passport or national ID for all staying guests upon check-in.

The hotel may request a security deposit (cash or credit card) at the front desk to cover incidental charges during the stay. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out if no additional charges occur.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy

Important Notice:
The following policy applies to standard bookings. Special promotions, non-refundable rates, and bookings during public holidays or peak periods may have different terms, which will be clearly stated in the booking confirmation.

Flexible Rate Bookings

Low & Regular Season:

• Free cancellation or modification up to 72 hours (3 days) before arrival

• Cancellation within 72 hours or no-show: 100% charge of the first night

High Season (May – August) & Public Holidays:

• Free cancellation or modification up to 14 days before arrival

• Cancellation within 14 days or no-show: 100% charge of the total booking value

Additional Notes:

• Reducing the number of rooms or nights is considered a cancellation and subject to applicable penalties

• All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing (via email) and confirmed by the hotel’s reservation department

Children & Extra Bed Policy

Angel Beach Hotel & Apartment warmly welcomes families. Child policy is based on year of birth or birth certificate:

Children Under 6 Years Old

• Stay and breakfast are free of charge when sharing an existing bed with parents (maximum 1 child per room)

• Complimentary baby cot for children under 2 years old (subject to availability and advance request)

Children from 6 to Under 12 Years Old

• Sharing existing bed: compulsory breakfast surcharge
  (Example: 150,000 VND per child per night)

• Extra bed (if requested): charged at the adult extra bed rate (including breakfast)

Children Aged 12 and Above / Third Adult

• Extra bed is mandatory

• Extra bed surcharge: 350,000 VND per person per night (including breakfast and amenities)

Occupancy Limit

• Maximum one extra bed per room (some room categories may not accommodate extra beds—please check upon booking)

• Maximum occupancy per standard room (e.g. Deluxe):
  3 adults OR 2 adults + 2 children under 12
